Sugar Connect
Sugar Connect is an email client add-in that allows you to access your Sugar data without leaving your Outlook or Gmail.
You can synchronize all your existing contacts and calendars in your Sugar and email clients, create new Sugar records, use your Sugar email templates and store incoming/outgoing email messages and attachments in Sugar.
Overview of Information
Keep a complete overview of activities and developments regarding your leads, contacts and much more. A sidebar with all information from SugarCRM is displayed directly in G Suite or Office 365 when reading or composing an email or calendar entry.
Synchronization
In addition to e-mails and calendar entries, Sugar Connect also enables the automatic synchronization of other functions such as events, tasks and contacts.
Updates and Interaction
External archiving of important e-mails directly into SugarCRM is also possible with Sugar Connect. You can also share your calendar with your colleagues and synchronize it at the same time so that the current status is always up to date.
